1.5 oz Atsby Amberthorn
.75 oz Home-made Grapefruit Cordial (recipe below)
6 green grapes
1 demitasse spoon of white sugar
3 oz Chilled Prossecco
Garnish: Sprig of fresh rosemary
Glass: Collins
Directions: Muddle the grapes and sugar in the bottom of the mixing glass. Add rest of the ingredients. Stir and pour unstrained into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with Rosemary.
